I absolutely love meeting new families. Capturing your children…your families…it truly is such an honor to me. It was so evident how deeply little Margot is loved by her parents. They were all so photogenic and we had the most gorgeous golden sun that evening. I sure am missing summer right about now…I guess I’ll have to settle for getting caught up on some of the gorgeous families I photographed this past year. Can’t wait for 2016!
It was such a joy to capture the West family and their new little love, Robert. I absolutely love lifestyle newborn sessions and capturing such ‘real life’ moments for my clients when a new family member arrives. It’s truly the sweetest thing in the world.
This beautiful momma has been a blessing to me! Melissa was both my son and daughter’s kindergarten teacher and oh how she made kindergarten such a great experience for both of them. Sending my first baby off to school full time was not easy – but she made it so much easier. Last year my daughter had a rough time adjusting – but Melissa truly went above and beyond to make her feel secure and comfortable, no matter how long it took. I am so grateful!!
My gift to my kids teachers last year was a gift certificate for a free family session with me. Melissa must have thanked me a million times and told me it was the best gift EVER! I photographed her gorgeous little family the week before school started up again – and we had the most gorgeous light this evening. I’m so thankful I was able to gift them with photos – such treasures.

It was so special to photograph this sweet family. This past school year my Christmas gift to my kids teachers was a gift certificate for a free family photo session with Keri Harrison Photography. Katie was my son Ethan’s 1st grade teacher this last year. He became an incredible reader in 1st grade and grew leaps and bounds having her as his teacher. I’m so thankful!!
I loved being able to capture these precious memories for their family. I know I say it often, but photos truly are such treasures. They are moments frozen in time, that will be cherished and enjoyed for generations. If you are in need of updated family photos, PLEASE find a photographer you love (ahem…. ;)) and book a session! It was so fun to have my cousin in town visiting from Grand Rapids…so of course we HAD to set up some family photos of this sweet bunch! The last time I saw little Colton was when I went to GR and did his newborn photos, and here he was already turning six months old! Such a cute family and I just love all of these photos. Cuteness overload, I’m telling you – just look!
I absolutely adored this session. A momma and her boys….there’s nothing like it! The boys were loads of fun during the session (really mom, they were ;)) and it was such a joy to be able to capture the love between these boys and their gorgeous momma!
