This beautiful momma has been a blessing to me! Melissa was both my son and daughter’s kindergarten teacher and oh how she made kindergarten such a great experience for both of them. Sending my first baby off to school full time was not easy – but she made it so much easier. Last year my daughter had a rough time adjusting – but Melissa truly went above and beyond to make her feel secure and comfortable, no matter how long it took. I am so grateful!!

My gift to my kids teachers last year was a gift certificate for a free family session with me. Melissa must have thanked me a million times and told me it was the best gift EVER! I photographed her gorgeous little family the week before school started up again – and we had the most gorgeous light this evening. I’m so thankful I was able to gift them with photos – such treasures.

I think Melissa has gotten the most photos out of all my clients so far, I just had sooo many favorites! Take a look and you can see why 🙂

It was so much fun to photograph these sweet friends of mine, the Garcia family. They moved from Michigan to North Carolina this past year and when they came in town to visit – photos with them was a must! They have the most gorgeous babies and it was their first time having family photos done since their SON was born. What an honor it was for me to capture their sweet family. Here are some of my favorites from their session!

I have photographed this sweet family for a few years now, and I always look forward to see my repeat clients. I love seeing how their kids have grown, and it’s fun how many of them remember me as I’ve built a relationship with them. This was my first time photographing them outdoors as a family of five and we had the most gorgeous light this evening. I have so many favorites from their session and love all the candid moments captured of the kids and their different personalities.

It was so special to photograph this sweet family. This past school year my Christmas gift to my kids teachers was a gift certificate for a free family photo session with Keri Harrison Photography. Katie was my son Ethan’s 1st grade teacher this last year. He became an incredible reader in 1st grade and grew leaps and bounds having her as his teacher. I’m so thankful!!

I loved being able to capture these precious memories for their family. I know I say it often, but photos truly are such treasures. They are moments frozen in time, that will be cherished and enjoyed for generations. If you are in need of updated family photos, PLEASE find a photographer you love (ahem…. ;)) and book a session! It truly is the best investment.

It was so fun to have my cousin in town visiting from Grand Rapids…so of course we HAD to set up some family photos of this sweet bunch! The last time I saw little Colton was when I went to GR and did his newborn photos, and here he was already turning six months old! Such a cute family and I just love all of these photos. Cuteness overload, I’m telling you – just look!

I absolutely adored this session. A momma and her boys….there’s nothing like it! The boys were loads of fun during the session (really mom, they were ;)) and it was such a joy to be able to capture the love between these boys and their gorgeous momma! This was my second time photographing this sweet family and they couldn’t have come dressed any cuter and more perfect for fall! I loved their outfits and absolutely adored their session. I had SO many favorites, it was hard choosing which ones to share with you all.

Mom sent me the sweetest email after receiving her photos, and it totally made my day!

“Hi Keri, finally had time to pop in the pictures and enjoy a slideshow. Can’t wait to get some printed. We are so happy with them. I am very happy that we decided to have you photograph us. It really was worth every penny!”

Repeat clients are the best compliment you can give to any photographer. Sweet emails are pretty great too:)
